Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter, melted (for toasting)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add cooked chicken, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and stir until warmed through.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir in warm chicken mixture until well blended.
- Lay tortillas flat and divide filling evenly among them.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
- Brush wraps with melted butter and toast in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Slice in half, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
