Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted (for toasting)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add cooked chicken, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and stir until warmed through.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir in warm chicken mixture until well blended.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and divide filling evenly among them.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  6. Brush wraps with melted butter and toast in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  7. Slice in half, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
